2. The swing arm can be added once (3-4) days. Large chains and small chains of the heating machine can be used once a month. Always check whether the reducer of the main engine and the reducer of the heating machine are short of oil. The main engine bearing can be added once a month (2-3).
3. Before production, check whether the moving parts are strong, whether the screws are loose and falling, especially where the impact force is strong, and whether the belt drive part is abnormal.
4. Check whether the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power source, and water source are normal.
5. Check whether the emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and protection device detection switches are normal.
6. Check whether the heating head enters the embryo and the embryo falls are working properly. If the embryo insertion is not in place, the nut of the embryo pressing device can be adjusted.
7. Check whether the lamp tube is damaged or broken. Replace in time.
8. Check whether the pneumatic components are leaking and whether the action is active.
9. Check whether the triplet is leaking abnormally, whether it is blocked, and whether the water cup is too full.
10. When the solenoid valve of the bottle blowing machine manufacturer encounters an abnormality, it should be cleaned in time (one cleaning for every 3.5 million bottles).
11. Blow moulds must be cleaned and polished regularly.
12. When opening the concave and convex compressed air source switch, the action must be slow to prevent the air flow from being too fast and the dirt will be blown into the solenoid valve. Open the exhaust valve together for 30 seconds to ensure that the air is clean.
13. When starting the machine, you must make sure that the mechanical parts are in good condition, that there is no one inside the machine and no foreign matter. Especially the direction of the handle to avoid hurting people. Close the safety door together.
14. When starting the machine, the motor must be started first, and the heating machine must be started with a delay of 30 seconds to prevent voltage fluctuations. Before starting the heating, make sure that the cooling water is turned on.
15. After the heating is started (2-3) minutes, wait for the oven temperature to rise evenly, and then press the embryo button. Turn on the bottle while blowing, otherwise it won’t blow.
16. When the machine is working, it is necessary to pay close attention to whether the machine has abnormal noise, so as to find out early, stop it in time and deal with it early.
17. In case of emergency, you can press the emergency stop button to press the brake. Then analyze the cause of formation according to the on-site situation, find the problem and quickly deal with it.
18. After the machine is working normally, do not extend any part of your body into the machine to avoid injury by the manipulator. If the machine has abnormal noise, it can be investigated after slowing down.
19. After the machine is in normal production, the operator must always investigate the quality of the bottle to avoid voltage fluctuations or other reasons that affect the quality of the bottle.
20. When the machine is repaired, you can press the touch screen fault repair button to ensure safe repair.
If you need to manually investigate the movement of each cavity individually, please pay attention to the orientation of the robot. At the same time, we must be clear about the function of the button alone, and then move it. Ensure that the malfunction causes unnecessary trouble.
21. After each repair of the machine, you must arrange tools and screws to avoid leaving them in the machine and affecting the normal operation of the machine.
