Common problems and solutions of blow molding machine

Question 1
Bottle clamping line is obvious

The reason:
1. The clamping pressure is not good
2. The sealing time is too early
3. Mold problem
4. The size of the germ tube and the mouth does not match the mold cooperation

Cleaning method:
1. Increase the clamping pressure and adjust the point of view of the clamping rod (<5 degrees)
2. Move back the position of the mold closing stroke switch
3. Repair the mold or check the assembly position of the mold, such as whether the guide post is loose, or whether the mold is not tightly pressed
4. Repair the mold tooth mouth cooperation position

Question 2
The bottom of the bottle or the neck of the bottle rolls up and accumulates

The reason:
1. The delayed blowing time is too long
2. One roll, one good
3. The temperature at the material accumulation is too low
4. The air pressure for the action is unstable, which affects the descending speed of the stretching rod

Cleaning method:
1. Shorten the delayed blowing time or reduce the descending speed of the stretching rod
2. Lower the gas volume on one side of the reel bottle
3. Add the heating temperature of the embryo tube
4. Add a gas storage tank to the action gas source, or shorten the gas supply pipeline

Question 3
Stretch perforation at the bottom of the bottle

The reason:
1. The temperature is not enough and not soaked
2. Delay stretching time is too long
3. The stretch ratio is too large
4. The bottom of the embryo tube is too thin
5. The stretched club head is too sharp

Cleaning method:
1. Warm up
2. Shorten the delay stretch time
3. Reduce the stretch ratio
4. Improve the bottom plan of embryo tube
5. Trimming and stretching the head

Question 4
Bottom explosion

The reason:
1. Delayed blowing time is too short

2. Delayed mold opening time is too short

3. Temperature is too high

4. Exhaust valve does not work

Cleaning method:
1. Lengthen the delay blowing time or add the descending speed of the stretching rod
2. Lengthen the delay time of mold opening
3. Cool down
4. Clean the exhaust valve with gasoline

Question 5
The bottom of the bottle is not full

The reason:
1. The bottom temperature of the bottle is too high
2. Lack or uneven vent holes at the bottom of the mold bottle
3. The stretch rod has not reached the bottom
4. The plan of the stretched club head does not conform to the bottom shape of the embryo tube
5. Lack of blowing pressure
6. Lack of flow in the blowing valve
7. The bottle bottom curve planning is not safe

Cleaning method:
1. Lower the temperature at the bottom of the heating zone or use a damp cloth to lower the temperature at the bottom of the embryo tube
2. Add the number of vent holes and spread them evenly
3. Adjust the stretch rod to the bottom of the bottle
4. Replace the stretch head
5. Increase blowing pressure
6. Clean the blow valve with gasoline
7. Add a streamlined plan for the bottom curve of the bottle
