1. Press and hold the safety door switch to operate the machine without a stop rod;

2. It is not necessary to use a magnetic stand when the hopper is difficult to discharge;

4. If the mold is not closed, the shooting table will advance;

5. There is no low-voltage protection or low-voltage protection failure for mold clamping;

6. Failure of injection safety door, continue production with danger;

7. For equipment with two-handed brake switch, short one and use one hand to complete (such as vertical injection molding machine);

8. Multiple people operate the machine at the same time;

9. When the motor is just started, press the operation key to do the action;

10. When the machine is shut down, the high pressure is raised, and when it is produced again, the mold cannot be opened;

16. When the screw temperature of the injection molding machine is not reached, reduce the temperature and return the material, causing the screw to break!

17. Use a crane to inject the injection mold without removing the pressure plate;

18. Mainstream sticky mold, no need to knock with copper rods;

19. Sticky mold of the mainstream, in the case of not closing the mold, use the injection action to directly "squeeze" out the mainstream.
20. The product is too full, sticking to the moving mold, and the top is pressed several times with full pressure and speed, the thimble is broken, and the top rod is deformed;

21. The gate is too small, the product is not full, the temperature of the barrel is sharply increased, and the material is decomposed;
22. The pulling pin is worn, and the runner material is not easy to fall off, so use the high-pressure and low-speed hardening at the end of the mold opening or the pull ring to pull strongly;

23. The product sticks to the mold, closes the mold directly, and tries to pull the product out;

24. The upper and lower molds dismantle the water pipe and leak the water into the electric box to cause a black screen of the computer and the main board burns out;

25. Improper setting of the motor start protection, as soon as it starts, it will act immediately, without corresponding delay time, damage the motor;
