Annual inspection and maintenance of injection molding machine

1. Check the quality of the hydraulic oil. Generally, the hydraulic oil used for injection molding machines is replaced with a new oil every 1-1.5 years: When the new equipment is used, the hydraulic oil should be discharged from the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine after 3 months of use. Clean the control valves, pipelines, and oil tanks once (because the new equipment is in use, the worn iron powder and unclean debris in the pipeline are mixed into the oil), and the hydraulic oil is filtered (using a 150 mesh filter) , Re-add to the mailbox.

2. Correct the temperature difference between the thermocouple temperature measurement instrument display and the actual temperature measurement point with a thermometer; remove the dirt at the contact point of the hot spot couple, and correct the correct working temperature measurement position of the thermocouple.

3. Check the tightness of all the wire connection points in the control box, check whether the line rubber insulation layer is aging, prevent leakage, and replace the line wires if necessary.

4. Check the mechanical transmission deceleration system, such as the cleaning of bearings, check the wear status, and replace the bearings if necessary. Check the wear condition of gear tooth surface and the quality of lubricant in the gearbox. Keep a good record.

5. Check the wear status of the screw and barrel, repair the slight wear and scratches, make repairs when serious wear occurs, make a record, and propose a replacement plan.

6. All drive motors, hydraulic pumps, and motors should be disassembled and inspected to check the wear of bearings and pump bodies. After cleaning, add lubricating oil (grease), make a record of the worn parts, and propose a plan for repair or replacement of new parts.

7. For some seals. Check consumables and replace if necessary.
